About US..
Math & Music Makers was founded in 2008 by two moms who wanted their children to have a different camp experience.  "We wanted our kids to enjoy summer but also get some academics in as well."  In their search for camps that fit that mold they decided to create their own and Math & Music Makers was born!

We offer summer camp and after school programs that fuse mathematics and music together in an unconventional way. 

Imagine your child in a fun environment that will bring out his/her inner musician and scholar. 

Each session is filled with fun activities centered on a daily mathematical concept. Students often learn and practice these math concepts in non-traditional ways. The students participate in musical activities introducing developmental appropriate music concepts while increasing their musical aptitude through music exposure and participation. 

During camp there are in house field trips daily where students are entertained by a "Mystery Musician" who are local professional musicians who come to share their talent and instruments with the children.  In addition, literature, movement activities, arts-and-crafts, outside fun and more are used to enrich the lessons.  

Math & Music Makers is academics and fun all rolled into one!
